Plains Builders Exchange, Inc. is a "Resource Center for the Construction Industry".   We are one of the Midwest's leading construction plan centers and reporting services for contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, insurance and bonding firms, architects and engineering firms.  We report construction projects out for bid in a 5-state area...South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa & Nebraska.
